Vinyl siding has been added to the exterior and a handicap ramp added to the main entry door. A new church building has been connected to the main sanctuary building by a covered walkway.

Historical Information:

The church was founded in 1847 while located in Lexington County with the Reverend George Haltiwanger, Sr. as its pastor. The present church building replaced the original in 1914. The creation of Lake Murray caused the congregation's size to shrink by almost two-thirds.
