Signficant Architectural Features:
This two story clapboard house has a hipped roof with a hipped dormer and carved brackets with pendants throughout the eaves. The windows are 6 over 6 sash. The front porch is two stories in height and is supported by Ionic colonnettes on wooden pedestals. It is partially enclosed with glass. The front door is flanked by sidelights and has a semi-elliptical fanlight. There is a gable over the entry. The house rests on brick piers and underpinning.
