This two story clapboard house has a hipped roof and 2 chimneys. The windows are 2 over 2 sash. The wraparound porch is supported on turned newel posts with a decorative lattice frieze. There is a gable over the front steps. The assymetrical façade has a 3-sided polygonal bay on the northwest corner (the center wall is wider than the canted sides). The foundation consists of brick piers and underpinning. This could be part of a High Point District.
