This two story clapboard house has a hipped roof and two chimneys. The windows are one over one sash on the first floor and 6 over 6 sash on the second floor. The wraparound porch is supported on coupled wooden piers (tripled at the corners) on high brick pedestals. There is a transom over the front door. It is part of the College Street Historic District.
