Signficant Architectural Features:
This two story brick building has a three story tower and belfry projecting to the front. The roof is hipped and the windows have been boarded up. There are 5 chimneys and 2 stair towers. Windows are topped by segmental drip stones. There is a round arch over the door and round arches in the belfry. The cornice is decorated with bands of corbelled brickwork including a row os 'soldier' brick laid in a 'mouse-tooth' fashion. There is a corbelled string course and water table. This is part of the Newberry College Campus District.
