Signficant Architectural Features:
This two story brick commerce building has a shed roof hidden by a parapet. The windows are mostly enclosed and boarded up. There are granite sills and decorative courses of corbelled brickwork. Segmental 'eyebrows' appear over the window openings. The building is in a state of advanced disrepair. It could be part of an expansion of Newberry Historic District.
