Signficant Architectural Features:
The home has a hipped roof, pebble-dash stucco exterior, one-over-one double hung sash windows, four chimneys, wrap porch supported with Tuscan columns on pedestals and porte cochere, hip dormer with engaged columns, tower on the southeast corner, dentil molding beneath the cornice and wide projecting eaves. The kitchen to the rear of the home was originally detached. The home was constructed for attorney George Johnstone by contractor C.C. Davis.
