Signficant Architectural Features:
The home has six over six windows, large front-facing gable in the center of the main façade, saltbox style roof containing rear shed rooms, full façade porch supported by rough-hewn timbers, and two exterior end stuccoed chimney.
Alterations:
The porch has been replaced with a concrete slab that wraps to the right façade and asphalt roll covers the exterior. A small addition has been placed on the south façade.
Historical Information:
The home was built by William Wilborn, it was then occupied by the Clardy family. The Seawright family has owned the home since 1908 and farmed cotton on the land.
