Signficant Architectural Features:
The building is an I-house form with two stuccoed end chimneys, one with an "R" on the side. The ell also has an exterior chimney. The windows are six over six panes. The front porch is two stories with six square wood columns for supports. The main entry is flanked by sidelights and a transom.
Alterations:
There is a shed roof addition off the ell.
Historical Information:
Ca. 1810 the Richey family built a log house which has been added on to over the years.
