Signficant Architectural Features:

The house is a front gable cottage with roofline brackets and single and double four over one windows. There is one interior chimney. The off set porch has brick posts and roof brackets. There is a rear shed roof porch. Adjacent to the house is a square frame building with pyramidal roof, six over six windows, exposed rafter tails, and a center chimney. A small brick shed roof room has been added to its E façade. It is attached to a large brick garage or warehouse with large bay door, and is attached to a large silo.
