Signficant Architectural Features:
The building has Prairie-style features in its shape and ornamentation, including a low pitched hip roof, triangular brackets on its corners, exposed rafter tails, and a low-pitch hip roof dormer on its main façade. The building is surrounded by a brick curtain wall that extends to the bottom sills of the six over six windows. The brick has at least one wrought iron grate opening near its base. The entry is recessed into the main façade. There are two entry doors.
Alterations:
The entry doors have been replaced. The wood shingles are new.
