The brick structure has a stucco exterior, shed roof hidden by parapet, metal casement windows on second floor and plate glass storefront windows, mansard awning on the main façade, 1406 & 1410 Main St. read as a unified building with internal party wall. Half of the windows on the upper floor have been enclosed and brick detailing has been masked or removed. Historic photos show exterior detailing similar to 1403 Main St.
