Signficant Architectural Features:

One story rectangular building with a front gable roof covered in raised seam metal. There is an aluminum awning on the main façade. The exterior is concrete block. Two large plate glass widows are on either side of a double entry door. The main façade is stepped, and the side rooflines are decorated with exposed rafter tails.
