Signficant Architectural Features:

One story frame residence with a lateral gable roof covered in composition shingles. The façade porch is covered by a gable roof supported by square posts with trim near their tops. The exterior of the house is weatherboard siding. Windows are four over one panes. The roofline has exposed rafter tails and brackets. There is a projecting gable wing on the side.
