The home has six over six windows, one exterior end composite chimney, shed porch on the rear façade with rough-hewn supports and two entry doors, and engaged porch on the right side of the main façade supported with rough-hewn poles. The home appears to have been constructed in two distinct sections--originally a single pen home that was enlarged into a double pen. The exterior walls are log with weatherboard siding covering the northeast, southeast, and southwest facades. There are several associated outbuildings.
