Signficant Architectural Features:

The home has two over two double hung sash windows, two exterior end chimneys, and rear ell with exterior chimney. The porch has turned porch posts and balustrade with a pedimented entry. There are several associated outbuildings including a tenant house. There is a large sidelight to the right of the main entry door.

Alterations:

The rear ell porch has been enclosed with windows and vinyl siding has been added to the exterior. The original door has been replaced and the windows have been covered with storm windows. A handicap ramp has been added to the main façade.

Historical Information:

The property has been in the family since the 1870s. The family farmed cotton until approximately 20 yrs. ago when they moved to cattle.
