Signficant Architectural Features:
The building has a front-projecting gable wing in the center of the main façade, six over six windows, two recessed entry areas on either side of main façade with shed roofs, and a roofline decorated with exposed rafter tails. There is one interior chimney.

The building is identified on a 1937 South Carolina Highway map as an African-American school called Queendale. The building is located next to Shiloh Church.
