Signficant Architectural Features:

One-story frame residence with side gable roof covered in raised seam metal. The entry porch has a hip roof and boxed cornice with cut-out wood posts. The entry door is flanked by sidelights and topped with a fan light. Windows are six over six panes and the exterior is covered in weatherboard.
