Signficant Architectural Features:
Earthen causeway about two miles long that supported narrow-guage railroad or tramline. Ties and tracking were removed after phosphate mining ended in the area. Causeway is apparent as line of trees across the marsh.
Historical Information:
A tram railroad ran from Summerhouse Point, where Bull River was deep enough for ship loading, to the village of Chisolm, where there were a post office and stores.
