Signficant Architectural Features:
Level site adjacent to Cooper River Landing dock. Concrete block nightclub building probably constructed in late 1940s has been extensively altered with addition of second level.
Cooper River is part of the Intracoastal Waterway. Passenger and supply steamers called regularly at the Cooper River dock. Residents began selling cooked crabs and fish to passengers and crew, and by about 1920 the landing (only an hour by water from
