Signficant Architectural Features:
Two story framed Victorian style dwelling with end gable facing south. S facade 3 bays with entrance right. Entrance has sidelights and transom over, the design repeated above to give 2nd floor porch access. Bay window west, heavily decorated. 2 story
Alterations:
Evidence exists for porch on east side altered after 1924.
Historical Information:
Site owned by Joseph Hazel until some time after the Civil War.
Present house said to have been built by Gustave Sanders during 1870's.
