Signficant Architectural Features:
Raised single story cottage with lateral gabled roof pedimented east and west. Wings with lower gabled roofs project north-east and north-west. Main 5 bay facade faces street to south. Fronted by porch with turned column supports.
Alterations:
Substantially reworked exterior. Roof appears reconfigured, porch rebuilt using concrete block in part at lower level and one early column removed during installation of insect screening. Extension to north.
