Merits full structural investigation.Historic late 18th or early-19th c. core, constructed of tabby, fronts on Bay Street and is 5 bays wide & 2 bays deep with a double hipped roof. Late-19th c. 1-bay deep 2-story frame addition, now covered with brick veneer, with bay window at 2nd level
Alterations:
Present storefront added to 1st floor circa. 1960; roofing material, exterior stucco and brick veneer, window sash replaced in recent years. Extensive interior alterations.
